Its a drawer inside of a drawer. The large deep, main drawer pulls out forward, while the smaller inside top drawer glides back into cabinet, revealing access below into bottom of larger drawer.

Make up drawer pulls out from the side over knee space. This keeps user from having to push back for typical front drawer access. Door below knee space for easier corner storage access
